Really had very very good stay on 3 previous holidays. Early check-in and late check-out, accommodating staff. Cool room, bright, with views of the local area and a sofa & TV & bathroom in plus a fridge which was great....

Our room had a stunning view which took away the effects of the rather shabby furnishings Food was adequate-but breakfast was chaotic-despite staffs efforts! Perhaps you should consider some sort of divider in the dining...

Breakfast and location good. Drinks prices are okay. Pleasant atmosphere by the staff. At the reception it was helpful to know a little Spanish and English.

Perfect location. Carihuela Beach is an amazing place, so near to the lovely marina. Hotel has a lovely garden, perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by. Room was very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. Food was plentiful and varied....

pleasant stay with room for improvement
The location was fantastic, with an excellent view that justified the premium price. The rooftop bar offered a good atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment.
The pillows need to be upgraded.

Very poor TV coverage for British people. Only Euro Sport in English! Please ask the hotel to do better in this respect.

Everything is very nice & good value.Bedrooms & Dining room suit us fine.
This hotel do not cater on the bedroom TV for English speaking people. There are plenty of them that use the hotel. We are starved of news in English. I think the hotel needs to sort this out or risk losing business to adjacent hotels who do better in this respect.I will not recommend this hotel to English speakers until they improve, All hotels now have Sky News, why not this one
